The verified Facebook profile and Instagram account of a former collaborator of ex-president Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri, has been suspended.
It comes after former Kogi State Social Democratic Party governor candidate Natasha Akpoti accused Omokri of asking her out despite her marital status.
An allegation which was denied by the former presidential adviser and which has since been deleted from his page by Facebook after being reported.
Omokri who noted that the post was deleted wrote: “Dear subscribers, the post where I exposed the lies told against me by a certain Natasha Akpoti has been temporarily removed from my Facebook page by Facebook after a coordinated series of reports. by a union.
“I asked Facebook for a review. Until then, you can find it on my Instagram page. If they are also successful in removing it from my Instagram page, it will be published in my ThisDay column.
“Thank you and God bless you all. “
Omokri, while confirming that his Facebook profile has been suspended, blamed the attack on President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration.
He wrote: “My Facebook profile was suspended after a coordinated series of reports by a union. I appealed the decision. Now the same has happened to my Instagram account (see photo attached). I may soon be hanging out here too. The same union reported my Instagram account.
“This is an attack by the Buhari administration. This lady they are using is just a facade. It is controlled by a former PDP member who recently decamped once again from the APC and promised Buhari that he could put me in a cage.
“All these rounds of coordinated attacks on my reputation and social media profiles are no coincidence.
“They can report me on Facebook and Instagram, but I can report them to the God of Heaven and Earth. It will be a battle between their god, Buhari, and my God.
“In the meantime, I have been informed that Buhari would like to go to London, but he is afraid of #HarassBuhariOutofLondon. Sir, do not be afraid. Come on. We have a reception planned for you.
